Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders ship within 7 days of purchase.
Q: How will this order be reflected on my bank statement?
A: All Stylemined transactions will reflect on your bank statement as “Stylemined.”
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Stylemined accepts returns on damaged or defective items for up to 30-days after initial delivery. To process a return, you must first contact support@stylemined.com to obtain a return authorization. To review our full return policy, please click here.
Q: Where does Stylemined ship to?
A: We ship within the continental U.S. on Stylemined.com. International orders can be placed on Etsy.com/shop/Stylemined.
Q: Can I cancel my order at any time?
A: We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them. We will do our best to cancel orders if a cancellation is requested within one business day of an initial order.
Q: I want to add an item to my order. How do I do that?
A: We are unable to edit completed orders. If you would like to purchase another item, as well as the other items you’ve already purchased, please complete another transaction.
