Q: How will this order be reflected on my bank statement?
A: All Stylemined transactions will reflect on your bank statement as “Stylemined.”
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns up to 30 days after initial delivery. Due to the nature of our sales, we are unable to process exchanges.
Q: How do I return an item I’ve ordered within the 30-day window?
A: Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for all return authorizations. Stylemined is not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are returned without proper authorization. Stylemined will also not cover any shipping fees associated with returns lacking proper authorization.
Q: Where does Stylemined ship to?
A: We ship within the continental U.S.
Q: Can I cancel my order at any time?
A: We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them. We will do our best to cancel orders if a cancellation is made within one business day of an initial order. Also, please note that we cannot guarantee the original cost of shipping will be refunded for refused shipments.
Q: I want to add an item to my order. How do I do that?
A: We are unable to edit completed orders. If you would like to purchase another item, as well as the other items you’ve already purchased, please complete another transaction.
Q: Is there a customer service phone number I can call for support?
A: We do not offer phone support at this time. All orders must be placed directly from the Stylemined website. If you are having issues placing an order online, please reach out to email@example.com.
Q: What payment method can I use?
A: We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and all debit cards with Visa, MasterCard logo. We do not accept Prepaid cards or PayPal.
